Employee Survey Analytics Contractor
Job Summary
To support the People Analytics & Research team, the part-time Employee Listening & Survey Analytics Contractor will analyze employee survey data, conduct advanced statistical analyses, and develop dashboards and presentations, working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze employee survey and workforce datasets to identify trends and actionable insights for HR and business leaders
- Conduct advanced survey analytics including driver analysis, significance testing, and employee listening research
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and executive-ready presentations that communicate employee experience insights
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience analyzing employee survey data and large workforce datasets
- Advanced Excel skills with strong statistical analysis capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Qualtrics or similar employee survey platforms
- Experience with Tableau or comparable data visualization/reporting tools
- Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
