Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Training Specialist-Financial Counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design training programs for revenue cycle operations
- Conduct training classes and coordinate new and refresher training courses
- Administer proficiency tests and maintain educational tracking records
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in revenue cycle (patient financial services/patient access)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Health Care related field is preferred
- One year of experience in Training/Organizational Development or employee training activities is preferred
