Employee Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Training Specialist-Financial Counseling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design training programs for revenue cycle operations
• Conduct training classes and coordinate new and refresher training courses
• Administer proficiency tests and maintain educational tracking records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in revenue cycle (patient financial services/patient access)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Health Care related field is preferred
• One year of experience in Training/Organizational Development or employee training activities is preferred
