Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Workers Compensation Specialist to manage employee workers' compensation claims nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all reported worker's compensation incidents and process injury reports within 24 hours
- Monitor and track workers compensation claims, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant while supporting employees with leave cases
- Manage the administration of benefits related to workers compensation cases and maintain relationships with employees and benefits carriers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in employee workers' compensation
- Strong computer skills, including experience with web-based systems and data management tools
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and shifting priorities
- Experience in benefits and/or leave administration is a plus
