Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Workers Compensation Specialist to manage employee workers' compensation claims nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all reported worker's compensation incidents and process injury reports within 24 hours
  • Monitor and track workers compensation claims, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant while supporting employees with leave cases
  • Manage the administration of benefits related to workers compensation cases and maintain relationships with employees and benefits carriers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in employee workers' compensation
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with web-based systems and data management tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and shifting priorities
  • Experience in benefits and/or leave administration is a plus
