Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Employer Brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Activate and execute employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies aligned to Gaylord's unique EVP
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop marketing assets across various channels
  • Track and analyze employer brand performance, providing insights for optimization


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related roles
  • Experience supporting high-volume or frontline hiring environments preferred
  • Experience in a large, matrixed organization preferred
  • Knowledge of design and content tools used for marketing production
