Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Activate and execute employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies aligned to Gaylord's unique EVP
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop marketing assets across various channels
- Track and analyze employer brand performance, providing insights for optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related roles
- Experience supporting high-volume or frontline hiring environments preferred
- Experience in a large, matrixed organization preferred
- Knowledge of design and content tools used for marketing production
