Job Summary

Leading the evolution of employer branding, the full-time Employer Brand Program Manager will shape and communicate a compelling narrative to attract top talent, managing content creation and strategic partnerships across the organization in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the employer brand strategy to resonate with key talent across functions
  • Lead content creation across multiple channels, developing high-quality, insight-driven materials
  • Partner with various teams to translate company priorities into engaging talent narratives and campaigns
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in employer brand, content, or talent marketing roles, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven companies
  • Exceptional content creation skills with a strong understanding of effective storytelling across formats
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and a track record of leveraging technology to enhance strategy and candidate experience
  • Proven ability to translate complex narratives into clear and compelling messaging
  • Experience in building or scaling employer brand programs, including campaigns and careers site optimization
