Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employer Brand Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design a brand-new career site that effectively communicates the employer brand and provides a great user experience for prospective candidates
- Collaborate with Communications, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams to create engaging content for the Career Site and employer branding campaigns
- Create video, photo, and various forms of content for the Career Site and branding campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English or a related Communications discipline
- 2+ years of experience in corporate or marketing communications
- Proven experience in developing websites and successful branding campaigns
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
