Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employer Brand Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design a brand-new career site that effectively communicates the employer brand and provides a great user experience for prospective candidates
  • Collaborate with Communications, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams to create engaging content for the Career Site and employer branding campaigns
  • Create video, photo, and various forms of content for the Career Site and branding campaigns
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English or a related Communications discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate or marketing communications
  • Proven experience in developing websites and successful branding campaigns
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies
  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
