Key Responsibilities
  • Lead virtual and in-person hiring events in collaboration with recruiting teams
  • Manage Glassdoor and Indeed strategies, including soliciting reviews and optimizing presence
  • Create engaging content and collateral to attract diverse candidates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience
  • Confidence to propose innovative ideas and align strategies with business objectives
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
