As a full-time remote Employer Branding Specialist, the successful candidate will shape Eneba's employer value proposition, execute branding strategies, and enhance the company's reputation to attract top talent across Europe.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Eneba's employer value proposition (EVP) to ensure authenticity
  • Build and execute an employer branding strategy that enhances external reputation and internal employee experience
  • Create engaging content and manage Eneba's presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in employer branding, people marketing, or recruitment marketing
  • Proven track record of building or growing an employer brand in a tech or scale-up environment
  • Strong content creation skills with an understanding of effective engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Glassdoor, and similar platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to set and track KPIs for decision-making
