Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve processes for lead generation, qualification, engagement, and onboarding to support volume growth
• Recruit and lead a sales team to achieve volume growth targets and plan for scalable team growth
• Build new strategies and initiatives from the ground up while engaging with early employer partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in sales or business development within employer benefits or healthcare technology
• Experience in designing scalable processes for efficient growth in high-volume environments
• Proven track record of building initiatives and teams from inception, including direct selling experience
• Strong understanding of the employer benefits landscape and key industry stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization
