Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apprenticeship Employer Engagement & Partnership Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute outreach and marketing strategies to attract employers and partners to Registered Apprenticeship programs
• Build and nurture relationships with employers, industry associations, and educational institutions
• Plan and deliver outreach sessions and events to promote the value of apprenticeship

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• Familiarity with sector-based outreach and Registered Apprenticeship program development
• Expertise in the Registered Apprenticeship system and partnership strategies
• Market research skills to identify new opportunities for program objectives
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and travel domestically as required
