Job Summary
Managing core communications and project coordination, the full-time Employer Initiatives Manager will oversee administrative systems for the Employer Initiatives portfolio while collaborating with colleagues to implement fair chance hiring practices in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage administration for employer lines of service, including logistics for events and maintaining accurate records
- Oversee team operations using Asana and SharePoint, ensuring organized documentation and tracking of project progress
- Lead communications for employer-facing activities and maintain strong operational processes for partner engagement
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in drafting and editing professional communications for diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on building reliable processes and follow-through
- Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Salesforce, Outlook, and Asana
- Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records with attention to detail
