Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Employer Install Analyst will manage client implementations for home delivery pharmacy benefits, ensuring successful onboarding and addressing installation issues while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of implementation duties and proactively prepare administrative and educational materials for clients
  • Conduct audits of contract loads for quality adherence and research installation issues to develop specific resolutions
  • Utilize the IRIS system to make necessary changes and verify customer and member information
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of case installation experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Excel skills
  • Stable work experience, including prior work from home
  • Ability to work occasional overtime, including weekends and holidays
