Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employer Partnerships Sr. Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand an employer network for software engineering apprentices
• Develop and implement a scalable outbound strategy to engage hiring managers and talent partners
• Own the full employer partnership cycle, including outreach, relationship building, and account management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employer partnerships, business development, or related fields in technical education
• Demonstrated success in cultivating relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively
• Strong understanding of software engineering roles and the tech hiring landscape
• Experience using CRM tools for tracking and reporting partnership activities
