Employer Relations Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employer Relations Partner I to develop strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations to support their Career Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular employer outreach to build partnerships and increase career opportunities for students
• Develop recruiting strategies for employers while ensuring representation of various academic programs
• Coordinate employer programming for students and represent the Employer Relations team at events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in employer relations, career services, recruitment, or related fields
• Proficiency in Excel, including data entry and basic formulas
• Familiarity with Handshake career management system
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, based on business needs
