Employer Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employer Relations and Work-Based Learning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen opportunities for internships and work-based learning experiences for students
• Facilitate communication between employers and faculty regarding job and internship opportunities
• Co-lead the Work-Based Learning Tracking System Steering Committee to connect students with employers

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel within the service region
• Knowledge of work-based learning practices and current employment trends
