Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employer Sales & Account Manager for a 12-month contract term, fully remote in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including outreach, lead generation, and onboarding
  • Guide employers through project development and assist in publishing high-quality projects
  • Conduct proactive check-ins with employers to ensure engagement and track project outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of achieving acquisition and revenue targets
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining quality interactions
  • Passion for work-integrated learning and connecting businesses with student talent
