Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employer Service Center Specialist to provide exceptional service in the Workforce Benefits division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employee-level processes and resolve inquiries from employees, employers, and brokers
  • Educate clients on processes and digital tools to enhance self-service and digital adoption
  • Identify trends and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Insurance industry background, particularly in group benefits, preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Availability to work between 5:00 am and 5:00 pm PST, with flexibility for non-standard shifts
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible, metrics-based environment
