Employer Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employer Services Specialist-Benefits to manage relationships with Employer Groups and Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a resource for Employer and Partner account inquiries and assist with billing questions
• Proactively identify issues, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth open enrollment processes
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with benefit plans such as HSAs, HRAs, FSAs, and Transit accounts is preferred
• Willingness to work specific hours including possible holidays and occasional overtime
• Familiarity with OnBase and WEX Health Cloud is a plus
• Ability to maintain compliance with HIPAA and related regulations
• Experience in account management or customer service roles is beneficial
