Employer Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employer Services Specialist - Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage account inquiries related to FSA, HRA, HSA, and Transit accounts
• Document client interactions using a CRM tool and assist with billing inquiries
• Develop relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with Salesforce, OnBase, and benefit plans is preferred
• Availability to work training hours from 8:00am-4:30pm CST and post-training from 10:30am-7:00pm CST
• Ability to maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
• Experience in customer service roles
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
