Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate, Employer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build trusted relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels and ensure first contact resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement client solutions while documenting all interactions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of direct customer service experience with agents and employers
- Preferred experience in servicing partners or large employers
- Prior experience in a customer service telephone queue environment is preferred
- Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) is preferred
