Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Employer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build trusted relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels and ensure first contact resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement client solutions while documenting all interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct customer service experience with agents and employers
  • Preferred experience in servicing partners or large employers
  • Prior experience in a customer service telephone queue environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) is preferred
