Employment and Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment and Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on employment law matters and manage disputes and litigation
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements and policies for legal compliance
• Support the commercial legal team with technology-related agreements and assist with corporate legal matters

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar of at least one US state
• Minimum of seven years of post-graduation legal experience focused on employment law
• Experience in drafting and negotiating employment agreements and managing disputes
• Familiarity with technology commercial agreements and international employment law is preferred
