Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel, Employment and Ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and strategic advice on global employment and ethics issues
• Support Employee Experience partners on complex employment and ethics challenges
• Drive cross-functional projects to enhance global employment and ethics policies and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of relevant experience focused on employment and ethics matters
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with business partners and executives
• Experience leading or advising on investigations
• Qualified lawyer with Bar admission in the United States
• In-house experience, preferably in the technology sector, is preferred
