Employment Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Employment Associate General Counsel to provide legal counsel and guidance on employee relations matters and develop employment policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer advice and support to business units on employment-related matters
• Manage and complete employment-related projects
• Represent the company before federal and state agencies and participate in alternative dispute resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor required
• 8-10 years of combined law firm/in-house experience
• Admitted to at least one state bar in good standing
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with business partners
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
