Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Attorney Expert (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage attorney demand letters, arbitrations, and other forms of dispute handling, including mediation and settlement conferences
• Review and revise responses for agency complaints and requests
• Provide advice and counsel to human resources and business units on various employment laws

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in employment law and litigation
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and outside counsel
