Job Summary

To support a nationally focused practice, the full-time Employment Attorney will advise employer clients on complex workplace matters, prepare legal documents, and manage litigation processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on various employment law issues while balancing legal risks and business objectives
  • Prepare motions, legal memoranda, and court filings to support case strategies
  • Manage discovery processes and coordinate with clients throughout employment litigation
Required qualifications:
  • Active license to practice law in the candidate's residing state (excluding California, New York, Illinois, and Washington)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law matters for employers
  • Proven ability to draft litigation-related documents such as motions and briefs
  • Experience managing discovery and supporting employment litigation
  • Strong written communication skills for clear legal analysis presentation
