Job Summary
To support a nationally focused practice, the full-time Employment Attorney will advise employer clients on complex workplace matters, prepare legal documents, and manage employment litigation in a collaborative remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise employer clients on various employment law issues while balancing legal risks and business objectives
- Prepare motions, legal memoranda, and court filings to support case strategy and client goals
- Manage written discovery and document review to advance employment litigation matters effectively
Required qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the candidate's state (excluding California, New York, Illinois, and Washington)
- At least 3 years of experience in handling employment law matters on behalf of employers
- Proven ability to draft litigation-related documents such as motions and briefs
- Practical experience in managing discovery and supporting employment litigation
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on clear legal analysis
