Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Attorney with UK Employment Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide interim legal support during workforce restructuring and increased employment advisory needs
• Review and validate business cases, ensuring compliance and defensible documentation
• Offer general employment advice and develop practical employment playbooks for international operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with reductions in force (RIF)
• Deep knowledge of US, UK, and Canadian employment law
• Ability to operate independently within a lean legal team
• Experience providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance
• Availability for approximately 20 to 30 hours per week for a six-month project
