Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Employment Contract Counsel will provide legal guidance on employment contracts, ensuring compliance and managing contract negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and related documents
• Advising on legal compliance and risk management related to employment agreements
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address contract-related inquiries and issues

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in a relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in employment law and contract negotiation
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Proven track record of managing multiple contracts simultaneously
