Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employment Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on various employment law issues, including recruiting and employee relations
- Review, revise, and scale employment policies and practices
- Manage employment-related disputes and develop training programs for employees and managers
Required Qualifications
- JD with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one state bar
- 4+ years of relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departments
- Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States
- Previous experience with healthcare, specifically within the pharmaceutical supply chain, and HIPAA preferred
