A company is looking for an Employment Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice on various employment issues, including recruiting, performance management, and employee data privacy
• Review employment policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain employment compliance and support strategic global projects

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of employment law experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Demonstrated employment counseling experience, preferably in-house
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in balancing legal risks and business needs
• Exceptional work ethic with a track record of delivering results
• Adept at maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while working with multiple stakeholders
