Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough legal compliance audit of recruiting and HR operations processes
• Provide generalist overflow support to the HR and recruiting teams
• Work closely with in-house teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in employment law, with a strong background as a generalist employment attorney
• In-house experience is required
• Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work well across multiple client groups and stakeholders
• Ability to handle an overabundance of work and manage multiple priorities effectively
