Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice on various employment issues in collaboration with the People team
• Review and ensure compliance of employment policies with legal standards and best practices
• Support cross-functional teams on strategic global projects related to employment compliance

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of employment law experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Demonstrated experience in employment counseling
• Ability to exercise sound judgment balancing legal risks and business needs
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working with multiple stakeholders
