Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment & Corporate Governance Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day counseling on employment matters and manage internal workplace investigations
• Support corporate governance by managing board materials and maintaining corporate records
• Collaborate with external counsel on employment litigation and ensure compliance with employment laws

Qualifications / Skills:

• 6+ years of employment and corporate governance experience, preferably with law firm and in-house training
• Strong understanding of multi-state employment law and HR compliance frameworks
• Experience in high-growth, dynamic organizations
• High integrity and discretion with sensitive information
• Excellent organizational, drafting, and project-management abilities
