Employment Counsel

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the part-time Employment Counsel will provide expert legal advice on employment law matters, assist in policy development, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on employment law issues and providing guidance on compliance matters
• Assisting in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures
• Conducting training sessions for management and staff on employment law topics

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law
• Strong knowledge of UK and US employment laws and regulations
• Experience in policy development and compliance initiatives
