Employment Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Counsel to manage labor and employment law matters on a global basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on labor and employment laws and regulations globally
• Develop and implement employment policies to ensure compliance
• Manage litigation related to employment matters and oversee outside counsel

Required Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited law school and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an employment lawyer
• Confident and experienced in managing a broad range of legal issues
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with senior HR and operating executives
