A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President, Employment Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree (required)
4-7 years of substantive labor and employment experience
Licensed to practice law in at least one state, preferably Texas, New York, or California
Experience in drafting and advising on restrictive covenants law
Doctorate in Law preferred
