Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Documentation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update personnel and contractor documentation
  • Create, prepare, and send contracts and agreements to contractors for signature
  • Monitor the signing process and ensure proper collection and storage of signed contracts
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in administrative, HR, or document-related roles is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Experience working with 1C or similar accounting/HR systems is a plus
  • Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English
  • Confidence in working with documents and routine tasks
