Job Summary
Providing legal support and advice remotely, the Junior Employment Investigations Attorney will conduct workplace investigations, manage employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws for various clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage workplace investigations related to employee relations, misconduct, and compliance issues
- Independently lead investigations from intake through resolution, including interviews and report preparation
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to address workplace concerns and implement corrective actions
Required qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in employment law or workplace investigations
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Experience conducting workplace investigations, including fraud and harassment matters
- Active Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy compliance requirements
