Job Summary
Providing legal advice and support, the remote Junior Employment Investigations Attorney will manage workplace investigations, advise on employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with employment law across various industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage workplace investigations involving employee relations concerns and allegations of misconduct
- Independently lead investigations from intake through resolution, including interviews and report preparation
- Provide legal guidance on employment law and collaborate with client stakeholders to address workplace concerns
Required qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in employment law, workplace investigations, or related practice areas
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and investigation practices
- Proven ability to independently manage investigations and advise clients on compliance issues
- Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy-related compliance requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
