Employment Investigations Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking junior and mid-level Employment Investigations Attorneys, the remote position will conduct workplace investigations, provide legal guidance on employee relations, and collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with employment laws.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and manage workplace investigations involving various employee relations concerns
• Independently lead investigations from intake through resolution, including interviews and report preparation
• Provide legal guidance on compliance and employee relations matters while collaborating with client stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in employment law, workplace investigations, or related areas
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and investigation practices
• Experience conducting workplace investigations, including fraud and harassment matters
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy-related compliance requirements
