Employment Law Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director- Counsel, Employment Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. litigation matters and provide strategic advice to senior leadership on employment litigation
• Oversee a large litigation docket and manage pre-litigation demand letters and compliance matters
• Serve as primary attorney for EEOC charges and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external parties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's and J.D. degrees with an active license to practice law in one of the 50 states
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney in employment law
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Experience working in a corporate legal department preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and efficiency in managing complex employment litigation
