Employment Law Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on employment law issues including hiring, benefits, and employee relations
• Draft and review employment-related documents and agreements
• Conduct investigations and manage employment-related claims and litigation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admitted to a US state bar
• Minimum of 7+ years of employment law experience, preferably in a national law firm or in-house
• Experience in defending employment discrimination and wage and hour claims
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies
• Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution
