A company is looking for an Employment Legal Counsel in France.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of employment legal work for France and prioritize regional area/time zone
• Support the Employment Team globally and contribute to internal projects
• Help improve processes, templates, and knowledge resources

Required Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a France-qualified employment lawyer
• Extensive advisory employment work experience, including the employee lifecycle
• Interest in HR-tech and international employment law challenges
• Fluency in French and English, with knowledge of other languages as an advantage
