Employment Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Employment and Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on employment law issues throughout the employment cycle
• Manage employment litigation matters and advise on legal risks related to employment actions
• Develop and deliver legal trainings on employment law and compliance for HR and business partners

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree and membership in good standing in at least one bar
• At least six years of experience in employment law and litigation, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience
• Experience managing employment litigation matters and outside counsel
• Knowledge of employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, and FLSA
• Willingness to learn applicable international laws and practices
