A company is looking for an Employment Litigation Paralegal with Workers Compensation Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review service of process notices and route matters to stakeholders
• Support employment litigation, personal injury, and workers' compensation cases
• Manage legal holds and support discovery across multiple active cases

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a litigation paralegal in law firm and in-house settings
• Familiarity with Exterro and Legal Tracker is a plus
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Must be located in Pacific or Mountain time zones
