Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute redundancy exercises efficiently, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide strategic advice on performance management issues to support HR and management teams
• Develop and maintain legal playbooks and guidelines for redundancy and performance management processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in employment law, focusing on redundancy and performance management
• Proven ability to manage and implement redundancy exercises compliantly and efficiently
• Experience in developing legal playbooks and managing legal tracking systems is preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR and legal operations
