Job Summary

To support redundancy exercises within a leading tech company, the full-time Employment Paralegal will manage compliance with legal regulations, provide strategic advice on performance management issues, and develop legal playbooks while working remotely on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute redundancy exercises efficiently, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide strategic advice on performance management issues, supporting HR and management teams to mitigate risks
• Develop and maintain legal playbooks and guidelines to streamline redundancy and performance management processes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in employment law, with a strong focus on redundancy and performance management issues
• Proven ability to manage and implement redundancy exercises in a compliant and efficient manner
• Experience in developing legal playbooks and managing legal tracking systems is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR and legal operations
