Job Summary

Managing client relationships, the full-time Employment Screening Relationship Manager will communicate regularly with clients, identify risks and opportunities, and advocate for tailored solutions to enhance customer experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate regularly with clients to maintain healthy relationships and address their unique goals
  • Identify potential issues and develop remediation strategies to ensure effective account retention
  • Conduct Account Review sessions and collaborate with clients to optimize revenue and retention opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of related experience in client relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate company product solutions and internal business systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
