Empower Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Empower Technical Analyst who will join their team in a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Empower Chromatography Data System (CDS) environments and troubleshoot instrument connectivity issues
• Lead Empower upgrade initiatives and oversee daily deployment operations
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials while conducting training sessions for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Empower 3
• Proficient in managing CDS environments in regulated pharmaceutical R&D settings
• Experience in leading technical teams and resolving deployment challenges
• Skilled in using Microsoft 365 and executing validation deliverables
• Ability to ensure compliance with GxP standards in system lifecycle documentation
