EMR Analyst Certification Required

Job Summary

To support the LIS & Specialty Clinical Apps department, the full-time remote EMR Analyst will develop in-depth software knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and manage application design, build, testing, and validation while ensuring effective communication with end users and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with end users and leadership regarding build changes and project plans
• Manage assigned requests for changes (RFCs) and execute unit and system test cases while documenting testing results
• Participate in application design, build, validation, and advanced design sessions, documenting decisions using departmental standard formats

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Understanding of clinical/peripheral healthcare functions and work processes
• Knowledge of technology related to functional processes/workflow
• EMR Certification required to be obtained within 6 months after hire if necessary for job function
